2. Services
Marketing Mantra provides various marketing and advertising services, including but not limited to digital marketing, SEO, content creation, social media management, and website development. The specific details of the services provided will be outlined in a separate agreement between Marketing Mantra and the client.

3. Payment Terms
– Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for the services rendered by Marketing Mantra.
– Payment terms and schedules will be specified in the service agreement.
– Late payments may result in service delays or suspension.

4. Refund Policy
– If you are not satisfied with our work, you may request a refund within 30 days of project delivery.
– Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@marketingmantra.com.
– Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days and credited back to the original payment method.
– Refunds do not include third-party fees or charges and are not applicable for projects with significant progress or substantial work completed.
– All work completed and delivered before the refund request remains the intellectual property of Marketing Mantra.

5. Client Responsibilities
– Clients agree to provide all necessary information and materials required for Marketing Mantra to perform the services.
– Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all information provided to Marketing Mantra.

6. Confidentiality
Marketing Mantra agrees to keep all client information confidential and not disclose it to any third party without the client’s consent, except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property
– All work created by Marketing Mantra, including but not limited to content, graphics, and code, remains the intellectual property of Marketing Mantra until full payment is received.
– Upon full payment, the intellectual property rights for the delivered work will be transferred to the client.

8. Limitation of Liability
Marketing Mantra will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition. Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Pune, India.

11. Changes to Terms
Marketing Mantra reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
